All sandwiches are perfect, and the tea/lemonade options are super fun. I got the hot pastrami and it was killer. HIGHLY recommend with a bag of chips. Many sandwich options are available. Most seating is outdoors, with limited options inside. Thankfully they have fans and misters! They offer a variety of teas from other vendors, which is a great touch. I loved the wedding cake tea!

Our work crew ordered from here today. I had the Hot Pastrami and it was heavenly. I don't remember what everyone ordered, but of the 6 of us everyone's said their lunch was wonderful and we will be going back again! They even have homemade pickles that are yummy.

This is probably my favorite sandwich shop in Austin I have found so far! I came here with a friend for lunch and was super impressed with my meal. I got the chimichurri steak sandwich and it was so yummy! The steak was super flavorful and juicy and I loved that they added feta on the sandwich. I also loved the cucumbers they give you on the side, adds a nice bite. My friend got the special chicken sandwich which looked beautiful and she said was it was great. The location itself is super cute with nice outdoor seating. The parking situation is not the best but they do have a lot, it's just not next to the building. I will definitely be back!!

My favorite sandwich shop in all of austin!!!! This place has incredible customer service, I always feel super welcomed by the cashiers/ workers here. They're all so kind and very friendly!! Every time I come here, they're extremely quick and prompt with service. The interior is so cute, almost like a little cottage with checker board tables around. The patio is gorgeous for some outside dining and lots of seating! The prices are perfect for a near by college student. I always build my own sandwich with turkey, swiss, chipotle mayo and some delicious avocado! The food is extremely fresh and I always leave feeling great and full of energy! I also LOVE the chicken cesar sandwich, such a perfect healthy lil meal. If you're west campus and want to eat local with some fresh food, def check out foodheads!

Foodheads is the absolute best sandwich shop in Austin! Actually better than any sandwich I've ever tried. The staff are wonderful! I've been going to Foodheads for years. Never a bad sandwich. They are so busy and in the past I would notice dirty tables, overflowing trash cans and basically it would look pretty rough. But in the last few months those issues are nonexistent. The staff seem to be way more attentive to those issues. The overall appearance of the restaurant has improved immensely. Everything is always stocked and clean. Oh and don't forget to try a chocolate chip cookie. They are absolutely delicious. i always grab two because one is never enough. i love Foodheads!

My wife found this place and we came by on Saturday morning to eat on my way to a gig in the Hill Country. I had a Gypsy Grove while my wife had the Chicken Special. Amazing sandwhiches and great house pickles. Prices are absurdly cheap--it's like going to Subway, but same price gets you a 5-star sandwhich, cool vibe and atmodphere, eclectic seating--plenty outside shaded oe with fans or on the porch...it's literally a winner, winner chicken dinner. My bread was phenomenal, and the jalapeno relish was perfect...even had a nice coffee to start while we kicked back out front. This place is my new go-to for a cheap meal when I want to sit and relax and inhale life over the crazy brunch crowds elsewhere that are over-priced and take forever. It's gonna take me a couple months to get through the entire menu, but I'm on a mission. 5 stars!

Love the sandwiches here. I've tried different kinds and they are all tasty. There is a line every time I go but it moves quickly. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is great. Overall one of my favorite places to get a really good sandwich in Austin.

Good sandwich shop! I ordered the chicken & eggplant sandwich with a side caesar salad, and both were great! The bread was toasted perfectly, and the eggplant and chicken were seasoned well. The sandwich of course always comes with a side of sweet pickles. The caesar salad dressing was very zesty and was particularly strong for my taste. I would not get the caesar dressing again. Their cookies are not great. Sandwiches are good. Probably would not recommend anything else. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but beware of bugs if you sit outside. Indoor seating is limited. You also may have to wait in line if you go during lunch time. There is only street parking out front, but there is a small parking lot one block down. However, it was full when I went. Prices are fair for portions and what you get. Menu has a lot of good options. Overall, I'd give it at 7.5/10. Recommend if you're looking for a light, quick meal!

I came here with my sister, who has been several times. I got the pastrami melt which was so good. She got the chicken Caesar sandwich on sourdough. She's tried several items from here and never had a bad sandwich. The sweet tea is pretty good too and there is lots of outdoor seating so on a nice day, this place would be great! It's a cute place, looks like an old house turned into a restaurant. There is street parking in front or a little lot specifically for FoodHeads caddy corner from the restaurant. I'll definitely be back!
